Overall responsible for how our game plays, looks, and feels and the studio’s relations to third parties. Responsibilities include lead/team management, game design with my fellow designers (progression, combat), balancing with distribution curves and custom tools, workflow/technical optimization, and narrative. 3C design, employing player personas and playstyles into the design process, collaborative vision establishing/keeping, and many more!
